Synopsis
Follow Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Badingham as their long-running rivalry comes to an end. Coincidentally, Aidan Turner previously starred in Chavenage House (The Priory in Rivals). The same filming location was also used to portray Trenwith House in the 2015 BBC adaptation of Poldark. I loved this series, I watched the whole thing in two days. I couldn’t pick a standout character, all the actors did a fantastic job. I thought their facial expressions and dialogue really added to the story. As an 80s fan, the set design, costumes and of course the use of music were a fantastic bonus. Whoever was responsible for the music: You’re a genius The timing of some of the songs was perfect. For me the erotic scenes could have been less intense, so I’m giving it 9 stars instead of 10. I really hope there’s a new season, I can’t wait to watch it!
